PAYMENT:
1. We mainly accept Paypal. For other payment methods please contact us by E-mail before you pay
2. Our prices do NOT include any customs duty or tax.
SHIPPING:
1. We will ship the item(s) within 2 working days after the payment is completed.
2. The shipment usually takes 7-15 days to your PayPal registered address. If you need to change your address, please change it in PayPal first BEFORE you pay. Please provide your correct detailed address and full name in PayPal as we use Hong Kong Air-Mail. (PayPal will provide protection for registered address).
3. No negotiation on shipping & handling fees.
4. We will send the item as GIFT.
RETURN POLICY:
We must be notified within 7 days from the delivery date of your item in order to issue an RMA form. Returns must have all original packaging and accessories. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and we will make a replacement or credit depending on our inventory. Units returned and found non-defective will be returned at buyer's expenses. Shipping, handling, insurance fees are non-refundable. Returns after this period will not be accepted. Under no circumstances do we cover return shipping costs on exchanges, defective items, refunds, or damaged items.
WARRANTY:
We provide one-year warranty. If there is any problem with the item, please contact us first.
