All payments must be made through our secure checkout to ensure that your order is processed without any unnecessary delays.

To combine 2 or more auction winnings to benefit from the reduced postage rate (see Postage Details tab), you must wait until all of the items have finished before clicking the 'Pay Now' button on one of the auctions to complete the payment.

The postage costs shown below include a handling charge which covers the cost of assembling the order, mail collection, labels etc. The postage costs are added to the cost of the item during the checkout process. 4 - 5 DaysIf you make payment in full before 3pm Monday - Friday your order will be dispatched the same day. Orders that are paid for during weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day. The estimated delivery time for UK orders is 1-2 days and 4-5 Days for European orders. On rare occasions there may be slight delays which are out of our control due to problems with the postal service. 

Insurance - All items are insured in case they get lost or damaged before they are delivered. 

Packaging - Items are packaged in suitable packaging to ensure they arrived undamaged. If an order arrives damaged, please let us know immediately so we can take up the matter with the relevant postal service or courier.

Bidding

Buyers are reminded that a bid is a legally binding contract, please do not bid on an item unless you intend to pay for it. If you are experiencing a problem using the checkout please contact us. Do not buy another item and then email us saying that you don't want one of them.

Feedback

Positive feedback will be left for buyers once we have received feedback for the item in question. We like to ensure that the buyer is 100% happy with the item before leaving feedback.
Any buyer who leaves negative feedback for allegedly ignoring emails when in fact there is a problem with their email account which is causing our replies not to be delivered will be reported to eBay and negative feedback will be left.
Any buyer who leaves negative feedback complaining about postage prices will automatically receive negative feedback, as all costs are explained on this listing.

Payment

All buyers are required to use our secure checkout in order to ensure that your order is dispatched on time. Buyers are required to enter their address into the checkout and select a payment option. Details of how to pay are given. Buyers are required to pay for items within 5 days of the end of auction.

Refunds


In the event that the buyer suspects the item is faulty, they may return it for a refund. The item will be tested on receipt and if it is faulty they may be eligible for a refund on the cost of the return postage as well. If the item is in working order the buyer will not receive any money for the return postage. Fixed Price Listings: In line with the distance selling regulations any customer purchasing a fixed price item is entitled to a ‘cooling off’ period. You may cancel your contract at any time up to the end of the seventh working day starting from the day after you receive the ordered goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your order nor will you have to pay any penalty. After 7 working days we reserve the right to refuse opened and/or unwanted goods. To cancel your contract you must notify us in writing. Once you have notified us you are cancelling your contract any sum paid to us will be re-credited using the same payment method used by you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. The goods in question should be returned by you to our contact address at your own cost and risk and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you
