We are not responsible for undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address.
Items are generally shipped out the next business day after payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. excluded.)
Orders from Hong Kong will all be shipped via Hong Kong Post Air Mail with the tracking Number unless otherwise stated. Shipments usually take about 5-10 business days. Notes: 1. Orders can also be shipped via UPS within 2-5 business days, but additional postage 6.00 GBP will need paying. 2. As for the delivery to other countries, please email us for details first. 3. We are not responsible for custom duties and related taxes. Orders will be shipped as a gift or as a sample. In general, no custom duties and tax will be charged.

Warranty: (1 YEAR WARRANTY )
This product has a one-year warranty. Buyers MUST contact us to send the defective items back for exchange within the warranty period. **Please read our Return/Refund policy for details.
Our warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user’s part.
Return/Refund
We will provide a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for each item that needs to be returned. We do not allow returns without first requesting a RMA number.
Items should be returned with original packages.
Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA issuing date. Otherwise, no replacement will be made. For all return products customers MUST contact us for the returning address.
Norefund accepted after 30 days of receipt.
Returns made for non-defective merchandise will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
In all cases, buyers pay shipping fees at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund. We will be responsible for the postage of replacements.
Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
Cancel order
We reserve the right to cancel order if the buyer does not pay us with 7 business days after auction end, and a negative feedback will be posted to him on Ebay.
