PLEASE NOTE that delivery method will vary depending on the items purchased, the size of the order, and the delivery destination.
Most items are dispatched the same or next working day on receipt of cleared payment. Fragile items (eg glass or ceramic) and deliveries to remote* areas can take 10 working days or a little longer but we will endeavour to get your item to you as soon as we possibly can.
Standard delivery rates apply to mainland UK only.
Typically non-fragile items below 20kg will be sent by CityLink, and very small items by Royal Mail.
It is imperative that if you are the winning bidder you must provide us with a contact number so that this can be given to the courier company. Failure to supply a phone number will delay your delivery.
Multiple purchases may receive reduced shipping during checkout, so please keep shopping. The item with the largest delivery charge sets the base shipping for the consignment, and subsequent items are calculated at their respective "Per Extra Item" rate. Where base rate and "per extra item" rates are the same NO REDUCTION IS AVAILABLE. Our checkout system is automated and orders must be combined at checkout for reduced rates to be applied - if in doubt please contact us BEFORE making payment.
Any breakages or shortages must be notified to us by either e-mail or telephone within 3 days of receipt, after which time under no circumstance will we be held liable. However, rest assured that in the unlikely event you have a faulty product we will either replace or rectify the problem for you.
Collections
Due to a large number of requests, we can accommodate collections from our premises under certain conditions:
* all orders must be pre-paid
* all collections are by appointment only - at least 24hrs notice is required
* purchaser assumes liability for goods at point of collection - this also applies if a third-party courier is engaged
* an administration charge equal to 20% of total delivery charge or £2.50 minimum whichever is greater is applied to all collections. No charge is applied to items which show free delivery
