Terms And Conditions Of Sale
• all goods must be inspected within 48hrs of delivery for defects, any claims made after this time, will be dealt with by the manufacturer
• all goods must be inspected before installation, any claims after installation, will be dealt by the manufacturer
• please do not arrange tradesman until goods have been delivered
• goods waiting to be returned must be returned in perfect sale condition
• goods can be returned within 14 working days of delievery, but this will occur a 25% handling/restocking charge or a minimum of £10.00 whichever is the greater
• all goods will be checked, photographed and re-wrapped by warehousing staff before goods despatched, to ensure quality control for you the consumer
• images are for illustration purposes only, shades and colour of product may vary from illustration and different suppliers
• if goods are damaged on delivery this must be reported within 48hrs any claims after this will not be accepted however if damages on delivery are reported within the correct time you must contact us by e-mailing us at jtpickfordsltd@googlemail.com where we will arrange the replacement to be sent out and other to be collected
• we accept payment of paypal and cheques, but goods paid by cheques will not be despatched until cheques have cleared. which usually takes 5 working days. All cheques must be made payable to J.T. Pickfords Ltd
• if collecting, goods must be paid for in full and invoices must be produced on collection. Cheques are not accepted on cash and carry products, cash or card only (american express not accepted)
• goods can be collected, times: 9am-5pm mon - fri 9am-12pm sat. showroom open 9am-5pm mon - sat and 11am-3.30pm sun
• the delivery charge includes anywhere in the UK mainland exceptions to this rule are Scotland, Wales, Ireland, Northern Island, Isle of man and central London |
