Returns Policy
We take great care when photographing, describing and packaging your item, however, if you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item to let us know about the problem. We will not accept returns without being authorised. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in the condition they were received; items must returned within 10 days of you receiving them.
We will refund the full purchase price (not including any postage) provided the item is returned complete (including packaging), unused and has all seals and protective covers intact.
Return postage must be borne by you. We recommend you receive proof of posting as Yorkshire Emporium cannot be held liable for items that are lost or stolen in transit. Please note, if you require an exchange, an additional postage cost will apply.
Postage
Please note - The postage you pay does not only represent the postage paid to Royal Mail, it also includes hidden costs such as packing materials, time to pack the item/s and distribution to the post office.
We always obtain proof of posting, if your package is lost, we are happy to provide a copy of the proof of posting. We cannot be held responsible for any loss and will not provide a refund if we can prove we have posted an item. However, if an item is posted via Standard Parcels service (items weighing over 1kg in weight), compensation can be claimed.
Your Payment
When you have made your purchase, payment must be received within 7 working days. After 7 working days, the un-paid item process will start automatically. Customers who do not pay within this time will be reported to Ebay.
Payments can be made instantly via Paypal or postal payments by cheque or un-crossed postal orders. Orders paid by cheque are despatched 3-5 working days from receipt of the cheque, orders paid by un-crossed Postal Orders are despatched 3-5 working days from receipt of the payment.
Overseas payments must be made via Paypal.
