Description: This is a beautiful mid 1970s early 1980s modern contemporary mahogany cased over-strung under-damped iron framed upright piano by "Barratt and Robinson". This fabulous piano is in wonderful working order, tuned to "4 40" pitch. A lovely compact small piano ideal for the modern household. BARRATT & ROBINSON Established in 1877 in London England. This company also made the Ministrelle, B. R. 100 Robinson, Kastner and Challen at 8 The Grove, Crouch End, London. The company was purchased in 1984 by Broadwood and Co. and then the name purchased in 1996 by Musical Products. Date: The piano dates circa 1970s - 1980s.
Condition: The piano is in very nice original condition, with just some minor wear to the mahogany case. The piano movement, frame and soundboard are all in excellent condition.
