Barratt Refreshers – mixed fruit flavour drink – rare empty 250ml Can, 1996. This is an interesting 5½” x 2” diameter 250ml can that once held 250ml of Refreshers mixed fruit flavour drink by Barratt. The drink was supposed to taste like the famous Refreshers sweets that have been around for many years, and the tin looks like a Refreshers tube. The ‘best before’ date on the bottom of the tin is March 1996 and I don’t think the drink was on the shelves for very long – probably no longer than a year or 18 months and I expect that these cans are pretty hard to find these days. (It is empty as I drank the contents the day I bought it).
