Luxury Oned bed apartment with spacious rooms and large balcony with sea view.  Sleeps four. Week 32 (August).  Resort is located in an area renowned for tis scenery and sea views.  It is located only a short distance from the Marina at Puerto Colon and the lively atmosphere of Plays des las Americas.  Plenty of facilities are available on resort including restaurants, jacuzzi and swimming pools.  Distance to beach is 1.9km.  Lively entertainment every night.  Check in Fridays and Tuesday..

We have owned this timeshare since 1995 and highly recommend the resort.

Current annual management fee 630 Euros.  Due to be paid for next year before January 2010, hence quick sale needed and also due to our change of circumstances.

As you would have to sign the deed and provide proof of identity you would have to come to our address for this purpose.
