This means it is a 14 day non-fault return. The customer may have returned for reasons such as did not want or not the required spec etc. It may also be due to failed deliveries or cancelled orders. This item is in as new condition with all accessories included and is in the original box. A 6 month warranty is included with the item. The item may have the odd slight cosmetic mark.   Warranty    This comes with a 6 months return to base warranty. If the item develops a fault under the first 14 days we will exchange the unit and all shipping costs will be paid by ourselves. Outside of the first 14 days but under the 6 months the warranty is return to base. You get the item back to us and we will repair/exchange as needed and then ship the item back to you. All warranty claims must have a return number which is given via email. Always email first with faults - do not just send back or we may not know who it is from etc.   Shipping   This will be sent via a next working day courier service with Interlink Express. The item will be insured and tracked. The service is a 9 till 3 (they do sometimes run late and deliver upto 5).
