We will also bear the return cost. Customers must include a copy of the original invoice and also a written report of the fault. Cartridges/Styli and Crossfaders are not included in the guarantee as these are wear and tear items ( user replaceable ). Goods can only be returned Mon-Fri - 9.00am - 5pm. We are unable to specify a time. Should a day for delivery/collection be agreed and our couriers are unable to receive a response at the address supplied, no further deliveries/collection will be attempted without payment of £15 per attempt.
