Payment

We accept payment by: Paypal, Personal Cheque, Credit / Debit Card:  Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Switch/Maestro, Solo, American Express, Postal Order, Bank Transfer.  All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT.   VAT invoices can be supplied on request.

Shipping

We deliver anywhere, including BFPO.  Orders will be shipped via Courier or Royal Mail; orders over £30 UKP in value will normally require a signature on delivery, except where specifically requested otherwise by a customer (at their own risk).   Packages over £100 GBP in value arrive within 1 working day by Special Delivery or other carrier in the UK. All parcels are insured in transit. 

Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched the same (working) day.  Items marked with free shipping are sent free of charge to any location.

Terms

All items are guaranteed by the manufacturer against defects in normal use for a minimum of one year.   Many of the more expensive items carry a two year warranty.   Items have a 14-day 'approval' period. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the complete product undamaged in an unused "as new" condition within 14 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your purchase price minus postage costs.  We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Where a free item is offered, such as a scarf, we reserve the right to supply a item of equal or greater value than the type stated, where limitations of supply make this necessary.  We will endeavour to supply a matching product.

Returns

All returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase, e.g. your packing slip or invoice. When trying goods that may be returned please take care; once goods are soiled they cannot be considered for exchange or credit. When returning any item to us, please quote your original order number in the return. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning any item to us, unfortunately we are also unable to refund your original shipping cost. This does not apply when returning faulty goods. Products that are returned as faulty may be returned to the manufacturer for their investigation before we are able to issue a refund or replacement. We will keep you informed of the progress of your return. 

Products returned from outside of the EU (e.g. Channel Islands) must be marked 'British Returned Goods' and a customs declaration must be included, stating that the products are being returned as they are either faulty, unwanted or for repair. If the correct documentation is not completed the Customer may be liable for any Customs or Import duties charged. We may not accept any parcel which has a customs charge payable on it.
