Buying

Please read the item description carefully .If you think I have missed something or you would like further pictures or details about the item ,please contact me BEFORE BIDDING and I will try to help .Please do not bid on my items if you do not intend to complete the purchase .If you are new to ebaying and need help completing your purchase please ask and I will help . All buyers to make contact within 3 days of auction end and payment to be received within 7 days unless prior arrangements have been made .Due to several timewasters ,if there is no contact after 7 days I will file for non payment with ebay and leave negative feedback .

Payment instructions: I prefer to accept cheques from UK buyers where possible though I am happy to accept Paypal too .If sending postal orders(UK only) please send them uncrossed so that I can post out straight away .Crossed PO’s have to be banked and clear as per personal cheques .I’m sorry but I can not accept International Money Orders or International Cheques due to the high bank charges . Please contact me for other payment methods.

Postage

All items are packaged securely in either padded envelopes or boxes ,depending on the size of the item purchased . I use new jiffy bags but do use recycled packaging for larger items. I am always more than happy to combine orders to save the buyer on postage so please let me know when you have finished shopping so I can invoice you correctly. Items will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment, barring Sundays and public holidays, unless payment is by cheque in which case items will be posted on clearance of the cheque (approx 4 working days ).I will not post items of high value without the buyer taking out insurance . Although I post out very quickly I cannot be held responsible for how long the post takes to deliver an item so please note that the star rating is for how quickly I send out an item NOT how long it takes to arrive !!

 Returns - I will accept returns if I have made an error in the listing .All items in the purchase must be returned at the buyers risk in the condition they were sent in and I will refund the bid price and postage .I will not accept returns from buyers who have changed their minds or on tlc lots which are sold as seen with no refunds .I try to play it fair with returns but will not tolerate abuse of the system and I will not pay for return postage .I do not offer partial refunds and do not issue refunds and allow buyers to keep the item .No return - no refund !

Please note: I will always retain a postal receipt for your item but once the item is in the postal system I can not be responsible for missing items unless insurance has been included. I will of course make a claim with the post office  and all buyers should check that the missing item is not held in their local sorting office first .Would new members please note that if an item hasn’t arrived in an appropriate length of time, it is etiquette to at least enquire of the seller if there are any problems.

NB : I will ship first class delivery in the UK but offer recorded delivery or special delivery as options on the invoice .Items of high value must be posted with insurance. My postage charges are not just the stamp on the envelope but include a small amount to cover the packaging which I have to purchase .I do not make a profit and do not charge a handling fee .Postage charges for larger items are estimated and will be confirmed at the end of auction once the item has been packed and weighed correctly .In this case ,please do not pay for your item until you receive the invoice.

Feedback

I value my reputation as a seller and strive to make the transaction a pleasant one for my buyers .I enjoy my ebaying and would like others to enjoy it too .

I consider a transaction finalised when the buyer is happy and has left positive feedback for me .This is also my way of knowing an item has been received .If you have a problem with an item, please contact me before leaving feedback so I can have a chance to rectify the situation .I do have a returns policy but insist on the item being returned in the condition it was sent i.e in the case of clothing lots ALL items in the lot must be returned . I spend quite a lot of time on Ebay and always leave feedback for people I buy from straight away. I have spent time leaving feedback for people who then don’t leave me some so I have now decided that I will not be leaving feedback for buyers who can’t be bothered to leave me any .
