Items can only be returned if there is a genuine manufactures fault with the product or if we send a completely different item by mistake. Please contact us for returns authorisation within 3 Days of receipt of the item. The Item must then be returned to us within 14 days from the date it was delivered. Upon receipt of the faulty item, a replacement will be sent, unless it's out of stock, in which case payment will be refunded including postage cost paid at time of purchase.
