The auction is for one  ultra-rare 1st printing (marked as Late Edition) copy of the regular, local, NYC version of the New York Times from 1/21/09. Some sellers are selling out of town editions of the paper which have different photos. But This is the real NYC paper from Wednesday, 1/21/09 announcing to the world the historic inauguration of Barack Obama as our 44th President! "Late Edition" is the first edition sold early in the morning of each day. Any other edition is a reprint. This paper is complete, with all sections. It is in unread condition.
