Important Information.
Due to numerous unscrupulous sellers appearing on eBay offering similar scooters (in appearance only) at prices that are simply unbelievable we would like you to read the following statement. Our scooters are fully built and PDI'd(Pre-Delivery Inspection) by a mechanic. There is no further building required apart from attaching the mirrors and spoiler (we can’t attach these to the scooter due to the way our transit cages are built). We do not expect you to attach handlebars, front wheel, retune carburettors, set intake and exhaust valves, prime carburettors, and check/fill oil levels. Only a fully qualified mechanic should undertake these tasks (and from an insurance viewpoint your insurance is invalid if the scooter has not been PDi'd by a mechanic). Our scooters come ready to ride, all you need to do is turn the key and press the start button and you’re off, no stress of priming a carb, setting up the valve clearances, attaching a front wheel (which in-fact is quite difficult if you’re not familiar with these scooters). Also we operate from business premises which you are welcome to visit, are VAT registered, and have been trading for 3 years. We are also the major spares supplier for Baotian in the UK and have all spares in stock for rapid delivery.
Why risk it, imagine you require a part in a few months time and the seller has disappeared or worse still you cant get the scooter to start on delivery after spending 5 hours putting the scooter together.

- Be the first to own the latest Baotian scooter, similar models are now being sold in Argos at a much inflated price. Buy direct from an official direct importer to save £££ and receive levels of service that others try to imitate.
- Our Scooters are delivered in sturdy transit casing. Basically all you need to do is remove the scooter from the transit cage, turn the key and go. You will be on the road in less than 10 minutes

- Full Parts backup service - Most parts are dispatched same day from our warehouse or in the unlikely event we are out of stock of the item it will be dispatched from the manufacturer direct. Terms and Conditions
Warranty
- Warranty cover is for limited defective parts only. Warranty does not cover the following items: tyres, cables, belts, friction parts, abuse, wear and tear or accidental damage during assembly. Warranties do not cover shipping costs associated with repair. Should the product need to be returned under warranty the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us and its return carriage. Parts can be dispatched direct to the customer in the event of any warranty claim It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the product is fully serviced according to the owners manual.
- The warrenty is subject to the scooter being fully serviced as specifed by the owners manual as supplied with each scooter
- The length of the warranty is 3 months from the point of purchase and is for parts only.
Delivery
- All the scooters and accessories we sell are brand new (unless clearly stated). All scooters are Pre-inspected and fully assembled,apart from the mirrors and rear spoiler(due to the transit packaging). Carriage is charged per bike (we are sometimes able to combine more than one bike due to the size of the boxes) bikes are shipped with a national courier who are unable to specify an actual time for delivery.
- Transit damage: Please inspect your item carefully before signing for it. Items signed for as "received in good condition" or signed for stating no damage cannot have a transit claim levied against them at a later date under ANY circumstances. Signing the goods as unchecked will remove both us and the carrier from transit claims.
- If you do receive a damaged item refuse delivery of it and contact us stating reason for refusal immediately. We will then arrange for a replacement.
- Please note that you will be required to assist the driver with unloading. The scooter weights 106kg in transit.
- Please note that we are unable to deliver until we receive full payment, delivery address details, landline telephone number and the colour of the scooter you require. We always contact you by telephone to confirm details to ensure the quickest possible delivery times
Returns
- In the unlikely event of you not being entirely satisfied with the product we will accept the return of any unused item within 7 days, however the customer is responsible for the items safe return to us. The item must be:
- Returned in its original packaging and unused in any way. Packed in the original packing materials with all relevant documents.
- A full refund will only be issued once goods have arrived and been inspected.
- The customer is responsible for all carriage charges involved in the transaction.
Payments
- Any item MUST be paid for within 7 days of the auction ending or the item will be relisted and negative feedback left and an invoice for £25 will be sent to cover our costs of administration.
- Accepted methods of payment are stated in the auction.
- We will only ship to registered paypal address
Limitations of Liability
- By purchasing you expressly understand and agree to release the seller, from all liability or damages that may arise from the use of this item. Buyers assume all liability and responsibility for all usage of this scooter. Under no circumstances shall the seller be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary damages or harmful act, any loss sustained caused to you as a result of this purchase, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profit, goodwill, use or other intangible loss even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, resulting from or arising out of any matter relating to this auction. To buy you certify that the rider is of legal age to operate the scooter in this auction or the motorised scooter delivered from the seller to you in your jurisdiction. The buyer is responsible for maintaining and servicing the scooters at the specified intervals with an authorized mechanical engineer.
- Warning: The operation of motorized vehicles may result in inherent risk of injury to you or any third party involved and even death or potential financial loss.
By bidding you agree to all terms and conditions and are entering into a legal contract to purchase.
