This Banksy image of a Monkey wearing a Billboard has been faithfully reproduced using the same technique by graffiti Artist Banksy.

I have traced this image onto card, painstakingly and delicatly cut it out  to make a stencil, similar to the technique used by the famous Bristol based graffiti artist Banksy I then sprayed the image onto a canvas that I had prepared with  Blue and White paint to provide a stunning faded look...
