I always obtain proof of posting which I will send to you in the event of a problem but if you would prefer recorded delivery then please just ask and I will send you a revised invoice.

If an item is being sent abroad and finishes at over £10 then I will add £3.50 to enable it to be sent International Signed For.

Any of my items can be collected to save on postage costs.

I generally go to the Post Office on a Tuesday morning but do try to get there more often when necessary but it is not always easy with a toddler in tow.  If you pay after Monday and your item is urgent then please contact me and I will do my best to get it to you.

I leave feedback upon receipt of your payment, unlike many sellers, so please leave feedback if you are happy with your goods and contact me if you have any problems.

I will happily accept returns if you have a genuine reason but please notify me within 2 days of receipt and give me the reasons why you are unhappy but postage cost will be payable by the purchaser.

Because of the huge variations in international postage for only a few grams I am now lumping everything together in 50g lots so it might work out cheaper or more expensive depending upon where your item falls on my scale. 

Unless otherwise stated all of my goods are used to some degree or another but I try to describe things as honestly as I can.
