After completing a Buy It Now purchase, please check out following the eBay links as this will update our system with your address and payment details. Your order will normally be posted within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation and verification of your payment information. Orders are not usually processed for shipment on weekends and holidays.

Payment must be received within seven (7) days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after Foourteen (14) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction.

If you wish to combine multiple auctions for shipping, please make all your purchases before submitting payment to ensure you recieve shipping discounts for all purchases. 

Your item will be professionally & carefully packed and despatched in a timely manner. Most of our orders made before 2pm and have cleared payment received for are despatched the very same day!

We do ship to other destinations, but eBay does not recognise more than 1 domestic shipping location.  Therefore if you live in an area not covered by our standard shipping charges, please go to our shipping page by clicking here and add the appropriate amount onto your payment and we will pick this up when we come to ship your order.  All the destinations we ship to are set out on our shipping page, and regretfully we cannot ship to any other area. Please note that if shipping is not paid in full we will contact you to inform you of any additional amounts owing, and your order will be shipped once we have payment in full.

 All goods are new unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt, please contact us through eBay communications and we will arrange a collection or send you shipping labels. You should not return faulty items to us without contacting us first to arrange a suitable return method and also suitable carriage.

NON-FAULTY GOODS
We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange. These items must be returned to us carriage paid in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 21 DAYS of receipt. P & P or carriage on exchange/replacement item is chargeable.

RETURNS FOR REFUND
These items must be returned to us unused with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition within 21 days of receipt. Goods must be returned carriage paid. Refund of purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made.
