Inflatable balance disc cushion to help shape and tone your lower body, and improve balance and flexibility.
Also has acupuncture surface one side and smooth on the other side.
It can be used for balance training as well as a cushion to help with correcting posture imbalances.
 
Can be inflated and deflated. There is a small hole in the spiky surface of the disc to accomodate a football type adaptor. Please note there is no pump and adapter with this product, but is already inflated.
