What you see is a Bagpipe Tartan Silk Cord in Very Nice Colour

The item is not belong with me as I just sell it for my friend. He get the cord from UK for GBP 25.00 but he find it doesn't match with his pipe cover.  therefore. he would just sell it to some one need it more than him.

This is Great Cord which is not a cheap one from Pakistxx....
