If you wish to return a purchase please let us know by e-mail within 7 working days of receipt.

The item/s must be returned within 30 days of receipt via a trackable, signed for postal service. The item/s should be in their original packaging and include your user ID.

RETURNS POLICY FOR FAULTY ITEMS: In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty item, or one that does not match the product description on eBay, please note: The item will be inspected to determine the damage before a refund or replacement will be offered at our discretion. Postal costs in these circumstances will be refunded.

RETURNS POLICY FOR ITEMS WHICH ARE UNWANTED BUT NOT FAULTY: The item must be unused, undamaged and in it’s original condition. It will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay the carriage costs which will be non-refundable. On receipt of the item/s we will refund the purchase price. PLEASE NOTE: This does not apply to any personalised items which will only be eligible for refund if found to be faulty (see above).
