Backgammon is a classic board game that is rapidly growing in popularity.  This smart set folds up small enough to take round to play with friends, and makes a good home or family set.  This set is shown closed in the picture, but interior is the same as the smaller one shown open.

The case has sturdy metal clasps to hold it firmly shut when on the move.  The interior is green, felt lined with stitched points in the classic red and white tournament colours.  The exterior is smart black PVC.  There are two dice cups, doubling cube, four 6-sided dice and two sets of 15 counters.  Also included is an informative instruction manual for those just learning how to play.

The folding feature makes it easier to store and keeps the interior clean.  The closed case size is about that of an average quality laptop - exact closed measurements are 39cm x 25cm x 6cm (15" in its longest dimension when closed). 

All in all a great nice quality set that makes a great gift.
