Backgammon is a classic board game that is rapidly growing in popularity.  This smart little set is small enough to take with you everywhere, but large enough to be practical as a home set. 

The case folds up and has sturdy metal clasps.  The interior is green, felt lined with stitched points in the classic red and white tournament colours.  The exterior is smart black PVC.  There are two dice cups, doubling cube, four 6-sided dice and two sets of 15 counters.  Also included is an informative instruction manual for those just learning how to play.

It's compact enough to take round to a friends' house and easy to store.  The closed case size is
 the size of an A4 piece of paper - exact closed measurements are 27.5cm x 19cm x 4.5cm (11" in its longest dimension when closed). 

All in all a great value set for the quality.
