Shipment : We will only ship to the UK and Europe.Please be aware that items sent to Europe maybe subject to import duty/taxes. This is your responsibility and you agree to accept this when you make your purchase. We cannot accept claims for non-payment of duty/taxes.

Faulty Goods : These must be reported to us within 14 days of the purchase date. We request that the items are sent back to us and upon receipt you will receive a full refund/replacement plus your postage costs.

Goods not received : Please allow at least 14 days from the date of notifcation of postage to report that your item has not been received. We require confirmation of non-receipt in writing in order that we in turn can raise this with Royal Mail.
