More information for International buyers: There are basically 2 shipping options: FIRST CLASS and PRIORITY. Most of my items qualify for First Class and is the cheapest option available. There is NO insurance or tracking available on First Class packages. If you chose this option, you ASSUME the risk and liability for that item and cannot seek reimbursement if the item is lost, stolen or damaged. If I only sent an option for First Class and you do not want to take the risk, then please email me immediately and I will send the Priority option which includes insurance and tracking. NEW POLICY: If the item price and cheapest shipping added together total $75 or more, then I will require that the item goes via PRIORITY mail so that tracking and insurance is available. This protects both you AND me.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges (if any) are the buyer's responsibility.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE INSURANCE OPTION??
US buyers: Its now eBay's policy to not allow sellers to offer optional insurance. I will include insurance automatically on items valued at approx. $50 or more or very fragile items (not coffee mugs). Because we are no longer able to insist on adding insurance, I will no longer be able to ship to APO/FPO addresses for any item over $15. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
EXPECTED TIME OF ARRIVAL - US Buyers: I ship most packages that weigh over 2 pounds via parcel post which typically takes about 10 days to arrive. If you want your item FAST, then please email for a Priority quote. If you're not sure which service I'll use, then please ASK. International Buyers: First Class International typcially takes 2 weeks to arrive, but sometimes can take as long as 3 to 6 weeks to arrive. If you are sending me emails and not getting any response, then it's because my emails are going into your SPAM FOLDER. If you have a Spam Folder, then you should check it as often as you check your emails. If you do a lot of correspondence with eBay sellers, you should just TURN IT OFF!!
PARCEL POST & MEDIA MAIL
To keep costs down for my customers, I send most packages that weigh over 2 pounds via Parcel Post mail. Parcel post takes approx. 10 days to arrive. Please make note of the date that I ship (I always email my buyer) and the approx. date of arrival to avoid worries and unnecessary emails. NOTE: If you wish a package to be sent via Priority, please email directly for a revised cost. Media mail averages 7 to 10 days delivery time, but is unpredictable and can take as long as 3 to 4 weeks to arrive, especially during high volume times of the year. NOTE: I generally offer upgraded shipping for Media mail thru my Vendio check-out.
Returns are determined on a case by case basis. If item was not as described or I missed something important and you want to return, by all means, I will accept a return. If you have buyer's remorse or found it somewhere else or just didn't read the description, I'm sorry, but there is no returns. In most cases, when a return is granted, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Handling times vary from between 0 to 4 days depending on when the payment is received. The average handling time is 1 to 2 days. I'm stating this policy here since eBay is not allowing variables in the specifics.
