3. PLEASE ensure that payment for your winning item(s) is received within 3 working days, if payment is not received, I will send an email to remind you and, if it is not received within 7 working days, an Unpaid Item Dispute will be opened through eBay.

4. I always get proof of postage. If, for whatever reason, your item has not arrived within 4 days of you winning it and cleared payment having been received, PLEASE contact me and I will be more than happy to provide you with all the necessary details that you will need to try and trace your item but, also please bear in mind, that Royal Mail WILL NOT trace an item until it has been "missing" for 15 days.

5. PLEASE leave feedback for me and I will do the same for you.

6. PLEASE note that my P&P charges DO NOT just include postage - they also include packaging which is brown paper, bubblewrap, sticky labels, sellotape, cost of transport to Post Office and my time.
