We accept payment by: Paypal, Cheque Payable to One Love Weddings, Postal Orders & Bank Transfer. All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT.  Payment is required within 7 days of purchase end unless agreed prior to winning the bid please contact us if you wish to combine orders and pay over a longer period. One Love Weddings offer a 7 day return policy for added peace of mind. Faulty or incorrect goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us by recorded delivery however If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. All other refunds will be the item value less postage and packing costs. In the rare event an item is lost in the post we will also replace it or refund your payment.
