You are looking at a Birth Preparation self-hypnosis audio CD, which comes highly recommended for preparing you for child birth. • Overcome the fear of birth • Be more relaxed, calm and confident • Reduce pain in childbirth • Reduce medical intervention • Feel more in control The CD also comes with a birth preparation guide book, and is from the Natal Hypnotherapy range of CDs. I bought it as it was recommended by a friend and found it very relaxing and helpful in preparing me for the birth of my son. It is recommended that you listen to it regularly in the last 2 months, and I have to say it is very relaxing and easy to fall asleep while it is playing! Happy to post this out to the winning bidder, but collection from KT3 New Malden is also fine! We have a smoke free, pet free home. Thanks for looking.
