I can assure my customers that all items are packed with extreme care and attention and as a general rule are posted via Royal Mail's "Recorded Delivery" service (unless stated otherwise).  I aim to dispatch within 24 hours of any cleared payments being received.

All my Nappy Cakes are carefully bubble wrapped and boxed. Insurance is included for all three tiered cakes sent via Royal Mail's "Special Delivery" which guarantees Next Working Day delivery and covers against loss or damage of items during Shipment. If you would prefer to use an additional postal service then please feel free to contact me and I will do my best to assist you.

Buyer's will be notified by email when items have been shipped.

 



REFUNDS

REFUNDS Will be offered on most items (EXCLUDING Nappy Cakes) providing they are returned within 7 days of Buyer's receipt and in their original condition and packaging.

PLEASE BE AWARE: Due To Hygene reasons, refunds are not offered on Nappy Cakes.
