We accept payment by:

PayPal, Postal Orders, Bank Transfer, UK Cheque, UK Postal Orders.  All Prices are inclusive of VAT with no hidden costs.  Payment must be made within 7 days of purchase. For international buyers, PayPal is the ONLY accepted method of payment.

Save £££'s when ordering more than one item. Postage costs for Multiple purchases will be combined to save you £££'s. We only charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment of your purchase. We aim to deliver most goods within 2-3 working days (with the exception of Stringing Machines which require servicing prior to dispatch and can take 5-7 working days). Once your order has been processed will send you an e-mail to advise it has been dispatched.  Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.

Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or a full refund will be issued. However we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the Customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost in full.
