DELIVERY - DHL COURIER DELIVERY

Goods are dispatched daily (Monday - Friday) via courier, on a next working day (Monday - Friday) delivery service to the vast majority of the United Kingdom mainland.

KA27, KA28, PA20 - PA88, PH10 - PH44, PH49, PH50 & ALL HS, IV, KW & ZE postcodes, along with Northern Ireland & Southern Ireland, have a 2 - 3 working day courier delivery service.

A telephone number (preferably a mobile) is required with all orders and your order will be put on hold if a contact number is not provided. This is to assist the courier to deliver your order at a suitable time.

All deliveries require a signature.

The delivery time frame quoted is provided by the courier. Sometimes due to operational procedures there may be a delay in delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or inconvenience incurred as a result of this delay and are unable to offer any refund on postage paid.

Please ensure that you include your correct full address including postcode, as an incorrect address will cause a delay in delivery. We cannot be held responsible should a third party sign for the goods at the address you have provided.

Should a delivery be attempted and no one is available to provide a signature, a card with details of the parcel will be left at the address by the courier.

Please contact them direct regarding re-delivery using the details that are on the card that has been left.

If you do not contact them to arrange re-delivery or the item is refused at the address you have provided with payment, you the customer will be held responsible for the full cost of returning the parcel to us.

This amount will have to be received by us as well as the cost of resending your item before your parcel is resent. There will be no exceptions whatsoever.

DELIVERY - ROYAL MAIL

All items are sent as second class unless stated otherwise.

At our discretion we may dispatch some orders via the Royal Mail tracked service. This is a new service provided by Royal Mail that enables the parcel to be tracked throughout the delivery process.

Second class post should be delivered within 2 - 3 working days following the date of dispatch. However Royal Mail specifically state you should allow up to 21 days from the date of dispatch for delivery of the order. It is only after the 21 days have passed that we would be able to initiate a claim with Royal Mail for the loss and send a replacement item. There will be no exceptions whatsoever.

We are confident that you will be delighted with any product that you purchase from us. If you are unhappy with the contents of your order please contact us by clicking on the "Ask a question" link which you will find under Seller info on every listing as soon as possible to allow us to resolve the problem with you. Please provide as much information as possible. Should you decide to return your order we must be notified, by email by clicking on the "Ask a question" link which you will find under Seller info on every listing, within seven working days from receipt. You will then be issued an RMA number that is valid for seven days from date of issue. We will then authorise the return and arrange for the collection from you. Alternatively you can return the product to us at your expense via a fully secure trackable service that is fully insured as we cannot be held responsible if an item is mislaid or damaged by the carrier you use. The goods must be returned in full, including any accessories and free gifts, with all labels still attached and complete with all original packaging intact. The box must be sealed very securely with clear tape. Please note we are unable to accept any returns of self assembly furniture, once assembly has commenced, unless there is a manufacturing defect with the item. We are also unable to accept returns of any personal care products if the seal has been broken. This does not affect your statutory rights. The customer will be totally responsible for the cost of the item being returned to us. The cost will vary from product to product but is typically between £14.99 & £24.99. We will advise by email the exact cost when requested.

Upon receiving the returned item we will check & inspect the goods. Only if the goods are in exactly the same condition as when they were dispatched, will we refund you in full less the cost of returning the item if our courier returns service was used. The refund will be processed within 7 days. Please note that our decision on the condition of the returned goods and the refund to the customer is final & no exceptions will be made whatsoever if the goods are not in exactly the same condition as when dispatched. If our Quality Control department states that the item is not in the condition it was sent then the following procedure will be adhered to. The customer will be contacted by email stating the reasons that the refund is being refused. The customer will then be asked to pay the cost of returning the item to us & the cost of returning it to them, the customer. Once these have been received the goods will be returned to the customer. This decision will be final. This does not affect your statutory rights.

No exceptions will be made whatsoever. All items sent by DHL are covered by DHL insurance and any items damaged in transit will be collected free of charge. The damaged item will be returned to us and a replacement will then be dispatched to you immediately free of charge. If we do not have the item in stock, you will be either offered a suitable replacement or refunded in full.

Warranty

All of our products carry a manufacturer six month warranty, from the date of purchase, for any defects in manufacturing and/or materials.

This does not cover fair wear and tear, accidents, misuse, neglect or when instructions for the product have not been followed.

All goods must be maintained in line with manufacturer instructions. If any repairs or alterations have been undertaken on the item the warranty will be considered invalid.

The statutory rights of the customer are not affected by the warranty.

What happens if a fault develops whilst my item is still under warranty?

If a fault develops whist the item is under warranty please advise us by email by clicking on the "Ask a question" link which you will find under Seller info on every listing with as much detail as possible. To assist us to help you resolve the problem any photographs you can provide when you advise us of the fault will help. This will ensure that there is no delay in resolving the fault that has arisen.

Depending on the nature of the fault it may be possible to send a replacement part. If not we will arrange to collect the item and return it to the manufacturer for them to investigate. Alternatively you may be asked to return the goods to our warehouse or direct to the manufacturer. You will be asked to pay all postal charges including returning your item to you, before any return is arranged. These vary depending on the item but you will be advised of the cost at the time. Occasionally these costs may be reimbursed, by the manufacturer, following inspection of the goods by the manufacturer if they confirm that there is a manufacturing defect with the item. However this is not normal practice by the vast majority of suppliers.

When an item has been returned to a manufacturer they will investigate the fault. If they consider it to be due to a manufacturing defect a repair will be undertaken, or a replacement sent, at no cost to the customer. However if the manufacturer deems the fault has occurred because of customer misuse, the customer will be responsible for all repair costs. These will need to be received before any item is returned to the customer. There will be no exceptions whatsoever & the manufacturers decision is final.
