It is our intention that you are entirely happy with your purchase. Items not required may be returned within 7 days of receipt for full refund of purchase price. Items returned must be unused, in the same condition as at time of purchase and packaging must be intact. Items that have been fitted will not be accepted. The purchaser is responsible for postage/shipping costs of returned items.
Shortage of, damaged and incorrect goods must be advised within 48 hours of delivery. A free replacement will be sent when the goods have been returned and we have received them.
Non delivery: Royal Mail will not consider a parcel lost until six weeks has passed. We cannot despatch a free replacement until this time has passed. If you require us to despatch the goods again before this time has elapsed then you will need to purchase and pay for the goods again. When the postal service confirm the parcel is lost then we will issue a refund for the undelivered goods. |
