There is so much to do in and around Butlins, with Fantasy Island, Chapel St Leonards and Mablethorpe.

And still so much nightly entertainment with the Cherry Tree  holding fabulous entertainment and a great games room for the children. There is also "summerlands" that is 5 minutes away from butlins which also hosts family entertianment.

The caravan is a privately owned brand new 2007 heated 8 berth Atlas Sahara which is in a superb development at "Sandhills". All entertainment is close by but just right for a relaxed holiday when needed.  For those warm summer evenings there is an outside picnic bench and chairs, and ample parking space beside the caravan.There are plenty of toys for the children including badminton games, jigsaws, frisbees, softball, books and videos.The caravan has a high level of comfort throughout with every thing you need to relax and enjoy your holiday. The caravan has a spacious seating area with fire when needed, it also has T.V/video with an assortment of childrens videos,  C.D radio, Freeview with over 30 channels and a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, grill, microwave, fridge, kettle, sandwich toaster, toaster, and all round heating. The 3 bedrooms consists of 1 double bed and 2 twin single bedrooms (NO BUNK BEDS). All bedrooms have ample storage and wardrobe space.The lounge seating also converts into a double bed. There is a shower room with wash basin and a separate room with WC. The caravan has duvets but you will need to supply sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers, towels and any blankets you will need .There is also a brand new "Disney" travel cot with mobile for your baby so there is no need to hire. Adults and children can enjoy our new playstation with an assortment of games for every taste.  Included in the price is gas and electric and your butlins passes which give you unlimited access to butlins facilities.Throughout the new season butlins hosts special events such as 70s 60s Rock & Roll Family Fireworks, 90s Reloaded, MCN, short breaks are available. SORRY OUR HOLIDAY HOME IS STRICTLY NON-SMOKING AND WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS!

THE CARAVAN IS AVAILABLE FROM 4pm ONWARDS BUT YOU MAY USE BUTLINS FACILITIES BEFORE THIS TIME!
