As I've had lots of questions about this business - I have added this section to answer the most common ones:
1. There are now 34 people in my network who have started this business - and no I will not let you have their details!!
2. There have been two updates so far and another one is due for release in January 2008. Update 1 - Flash animated banners. (includes software and examples) Update 2 - Page trasition effects. Update 3 - Auction website due Jan 2008 and update 4 - due Mar 2008 - Getting a better position on Google and more about Search engine positioning
3. No I do not provide web hosting because if it goes down - I don't want the blame!! (I learned this from experience) I suggest that my clients use a certain provider who is very cheap (£5 per month) and has a 99% guaranteed uptime. You will probably need to have your own website which will cost you £5 per month and less than £10 for the name (neither of these are provided by me but I will point you in the right direction)
4. This business is genuine! Check my feedback - I am a powerseller - whatever that means!! and I've been on ebay for three years. If you do everything I advise in the guide you will be able to earn a full time living from this business - it is worth vastly more than the £99. I know that you may be wary of parting with £99, especially if like me you have purchased some of these businesses on ebay before and been burned - but this is £99 because it is a great business which can be worked as much or as little (part-time or full time) as you wish. I am not promising that you can sit back and the money will come rolling in. Initially you will have to contact local businesses (by leaflet or networking event) as I did - but once they understand what you are offering - customers will come to you by recommendation. (I even had one from Hong Kong and two in Birmingham that I had never met)
5. No you don't need any experience. If you can type and use a word processor you can create websites. I provide e-mail and telephone support to my clients - so if you do get stuck you can get help. Like all things it needs practice but it really is simple. You get 1. The Software (full version not a trial) 2. The 17 tutorial videos (3-4 minutes each) 3. The ebook guide ( with details of the whole thing including marketing, finding customers, hosting, uploading, search engine positioning etc etc etc) 4. Over 1000 professional editable websites (some themed - all high quality) everything you need on one DVD.
6. You may wish to buy a FTP programme (like Cute FTP) to upload your sites - although I provide details of some free trial software to use. There should be no other costs involved.
7. I do not provide any samples or anything else for free
8. My background - Three years ago I sold my restaurant (a disasterous business) and basically had no job. I started a DVD production business which has been on ebay for 3 years and I also started producing websites using a special programme. I never learned HTML but I knew what businesses wanted. A website which doesn't cost a fortune and which they could update whenever they wanted without it costing more money. I produced some leaflets on my computer and visited local businesses explaining the Unique Sales Proposition and I also went to one networking meeting (of which all but one of the attendees contacted me for a website). Please note that to comply with the terms and conditions of the use of the templates you must keep the designers/providers link on the site. (I find that my customers do not usually mind this especially as they are getting a professional website at a very reasonable price.)
FINALLY - why is this product unique and why do I have clients coming out of my ears?
Simple - I sell my services to small to medium size businesses and start up companies who don't want to pay the earth for a website.
My sales pitch is that I will provide the website and once uploaded I will do one of two things for them.
1. I will provide the business owner with a training DVD (provided to you with this package) which will show him/her how to add products, add pages, add news items etc to the site which they can then complete themselves without having to shell out any more money.
or
2. I will carry out any amendments to the site for a £10 monthly fee.
Don't worry - you won't be making lots of adjustments to their site. For the first month they may have a few amendments but these are business people who don't have time to send you descriptions and pictures etc.
Either way - they love it. The biggest gripe of small businesses is that they pay a fortune to have a website written and then it costs them even more to have it amended. With my system they have complete control and the great thing is they tell all their business buddy's about it.
(I started out by visiting a group of alternative therapists who met regularly to discuss business ideas and it mushroomed from there. I currently seem to be doing a lot of Art Galleries but you can literally accomodate any business.)

This package will not allow you to produce full e-commerce sites but it will allow you to set up products with code for a shopping cart for paypal payments.
Once you have mastered 3-4 page websites for small businesses you may find like me, that you occasionally have a client who wants full e-commerce. I charge a minimum of £250 for an e-commerce site which will have a maximum of 10 products for sale online via credit card payment. (They will need a merchant account, amongst other things)
The reason is that there is a lot more work involved however the process is similar and the client can add his own products following training.
If you purchase this product I will guarantee that you may buy the Full E-Commerce module from me at any time, at the ridiculous price of £150, but I would strongly recommend mastering the Start-Up package first.
I also provide e-mail support should you encounter problems.
£99 for a viable business is a ridiculous offer as you will make your money back on the first website, but the way I see it is that I have more than enough business to be going on with and selling the business is not likely to affect me.
If you are looking for your own successful, lucrative business I really hope that you will consider website design as it has enabled me to have a generous standard of living, working just a few hours a day and best of all - I do it all from home!
