As you can see from the photos the possibilities are just about endless with what you can make. I have taken photos of most of the finished products that have been made, some moulds that have been made and all the other bits and bobs that you'll get as listed.

The winning bidder will be getting:-

• A panavac vacuum forming machine,
• A 70/100mtr roll of vacuum forming plastic to make loads and loads of Re-usable moulds!
• A vibrating table to get the air out of your moulds
• 10 sets of lazer cut letters and numbers different sizes and styles
• Two bottles of partly used smooth on plastic resin cast with two bottles of dye, red, black 
• A new large container of rubber solution and hardener for making moulds 
• Loads of different shapes and sizes of backing plates to place the numbers or letters on as you can see in the photos
• 9 different rubber moulds for making different designs of numbers and letters and pictures
• All of the samples that have been made using this machine and using different materials
• All the contacts and paperwork that tells you the different materials you can use and where to get them from

The process :-

You start by deciding the design of the mould ( name / number etc) then you set it up on the table of the vacuum forming machine. You then take a cut of plastic of the roll and place it in the machine, turn the machines vacuum on and heat up the plastic, within about 20 seconds you pull up the bed of the machine and suck all the air from between the plastic sheet and the mould. This will give you a re-usable replica mould of whatever was on the bed of the machine. You then trim the mould and its ready for use.

You don't of course make just one mould in one go, the machine is capable of making as many moulds as you can fit on the bed of the machine, depending on size.

Then taking the mould you flip it over, prepare it for filling, then fill with whatever material you would like to use such as concrete, plastic, resin, plaster of Paris, etc.. . Check out this youtube video of casting plastic and how quick it can be done! At www.youtube.com/watch?v=jA5IvqKCUiE

You will just need to experiment with the different materials to get the required finished result.

Forgot to mention that the machine will make moulds of just about anything, and can be used for a wide variaty of things such as chocolate moulds, jelly moulds, card making moulds. and many different places that you could sell the finished product such as a car boot to garden centres and diy retailers and other outlets.
