What comes with listing?

Item comes as described on the listing.  If you are unsure of anything, please contact us via ebay ‘contact seller’ facility and we will respond to your query within 48 hours (excluding weekends & bank holidays).

Mode of Payment

We only accept payment via paypal.  However, we may consider payment via cheque or postal order from ebayers whose feedback score is over 100.  If you wish to pay via cheque or postal order, please contact us via ebay ‘contact seller’ facility so we could remove the restriction on our listing.

Personal Collection

No personal collection unless stated on the listing.  This is because all our items are stored at various locations and at times, we are selling it on behalf of various clients.

Postage & Packing (P&P) + other charges

P&P cost quoted is for UK mainland only.  If you are unsure of the P&P cost, please contact us via ebay ‘contact seller’ facility.  We do not ship overseas unless stated.  Items are dispatched usually within 2 – 3 working days (Monday – Friday excluding weekends & bank holidays) once payment is received/cleared.  Please note we always obtain a CERTIFICATE OF POSTAGE when item(s) is sent.  We will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.  P&P includes cost of postage, packing materials and admin cost.  If items are posted via Royal Mail, receipt of items may be delayed during postal strikes.  If the item posted was returned to us by Royal Mail due to items not collected by the buyer from your depot when WHILE YOU WERE AWAY card is normally left at the delivery address, your will be required to pay for the postage cost in order for us to re-send your item.

Returns

In order to avoid fraudulent claims, all our items are security marked and unique/serial numbers (if present) noted.  If security marks are tampered with/serial numbers removed then we will be unable to accept returns.  Please note in all cases it is the buyer’s responsibility to return products for exchange or refund.  Please ensure that items are returned in the same condition as they were sent.  Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.  If a replacement is required, we will post the replacement item at our own cost.
