BURGESS GENUINE ANCHOVEY PASTE+MINT LID & DECENT BASE
Eyup yall,
here i have aRARE, MINT lid, i have just been informed by a collector this is in fact a rare version of this lid !!!
NOTE the LARGE DOUBLE BORDER !!!! look at others on ebay, i havent found one example with this border detail...and i am led to belive the overal size is larger than the regular large size too?
condition... NO CHIPS, NO FISH, NO BITS...oops gettin carried away ;) NO CRACKS and 2 SMALL rust marks, easily cured if you know what your doing ?, there is some light crazing, see pics. it is a large size...4" and comes with a clean base that has 2 chips opposite each other on the shoulders, again see pics and one very small rust spot inside the base...
this is a GREAT lid & base to satrt off anyones collection, or maybe you like unicorns? lions? or coat of arms ?
