Depending upon the model/design... there's some slight variation in the types of zips provided as well as the method of affixing the covers.

Contrary to what the listing states... WE ARE NOT OFFERING FLAT RATE SHIPPING, WE ONLY charge the actual EMS FEES only without any other costs.
We just can't seem to figure out how to display calculated shipping ex-Indonesia.

They will be shipped by EMS (Express Mail Service) Registered and Insured with Internet Tracking. This Service usually takes about 5-7 days depending on location.

This is as much for my own peace of mind as yours as this is Indonesia after all.

The covers, when packaged come in at a bit under 4.5kgs. Look in the green columns to see what damage the postal fees will do. To work out the cost add the first green column to 5 times the figure in the second green column [ to add the extra 2.5kgs to the 2kgs in the first column]... AND THEN DIVIDE BY 2 TO CONVERT TO POUNDS STERLING!
In short the cost to
UK: =  $42 + (5* 6.5)=   TOTAL $74.50 ... ( 37.5 GBP)
USA: = 49 + (5*12)=      TOTAL US$109.00,  (54.5 GBP)
AUSTRALIA: = 26+(5*3.50)= TOTAL US$43.50 (21.75GBP)
ITALY: = 42 + (5*6)= TOTAL US$72.00 (36 QUID!)
.... not such a bad shipping price per COVER after all!

Don't Worry, we're not into gouging buyers on Postal Fees at all.... That's one thing that really ticks us off with some eBay sellers.

We will use Fed-Ex, DHL or UPS if you so desire, but it will be considerably more expensive. We've found through experience EMS to provide a fine service.
