An E-mail confirming purchase or check out procedure must be completed within 48 hours of auction end.
Payment is expected no later than seven (7) days after an auction's end. Please contact us if there is a reason your payment may be delayed.
After (7) days we will relist the item and a non paying bidder report will be submitted to ebay.

All items will be shipped via USPS.
Insurance is required on all Non-Confirmed Pay-Pal addresses. We will not ship the item without this. Please contact us with any questions before you bid.
We are more than happy to ship internationally. Please understand that we only ship Priority International or Priority International Express. Please send us an e-mail for countries that we will ship to. We cannot mark your package as a gift to bypass customs or enter a lower price on the customs form. Please do not ask. We have no control over shipping time and customs clearing time. Take this into consideration when bidding and leaving feedback. Insurance is preferred and required on some of our packages.
Please allow a minimum of seven business days for US shipments to arrive. Please keep in mind that once a package is delivered to the USPS, we are no longer responsible for your item, unless insurance is purchased. All of our items are shipped with delivery confirmation. If you need to receive an item within a specific period of time, please let us know and we will be more than happy to assist you. You will be responsible for any Express shipping costs.
We are more than happy to combine shipping on two or more items at a discounted rate. Please E-mail us and let us know if you are purchasing more than one item. We cannot combine shipping once you have checked out.
Return policy
We want our customers to be satisfied! Even though we consider all sales final, we will work with you to resolve any problems that may arise. Please email us with your queries. Items in question must be returned within seven (7) days of arrival. A "Request for Return" E-mail from us must be enclosed. We do not refund shipping nor do we pay for the shipment of returns. There is a 20% restocking fee to cover listing and payment fees.
We will gladly insure your items. The option for insurance is available on the check-out invoice for the buyer to add in. We will only be responsible for insured items! Uninsured items are between the buyer and the USPS. We will assist in any way that we can. All of our items are shipped with a delivery confirmation.
