Many of the specs are the same as our other nitro monster truck we where selling the conquistador  - the such as the high power gear ratio, aluminium shocks, large size 18 engine and high ground clearance. By purchasing from this auction you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1. Postage costs or return costs are non-refundable under any circumstances. All transportation charges relating to the return of goods will be borne to the buyer.

2. Please check your item BEFORE USE. Once fuel has been put into your model only the radio control and engine are covered by a 90 days warranty. If you require details on how to check your model before use please ask us. Used items may not be returned under any circumstances and any parts damaged once used will not be covered by the warranty.

3. The engine warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by miss-use or general wear and tear. Broken conrods are not covered by the warranty as the ONLY ways that these can be damaged is if you rev your engine while the wheels are off the ground or if your engine is not properly lubricated.

4. If you believe you have a faulty engine or radio please contact us before returning for details. If your model has been used only the engine or radio may be returned which must be first removed from your model.

5. These models are not toys. If you have no experience with nitro models you should ask us for help. We will offer advice and help to newcomers as much as possible but are unable to accept returns for items that have been damaged by incorrect use, from customers who are unable to adjust their models or from customers who have not fully checked their models before use.

6. We are not responsible for any consequential damage or costs.

7. Any item that is returned to us and found to be not faulty or not covered by the warranty will be subject to a £15 testing fee. You will also need to pay the postage if you require the item to be sent back to you.

8. If your item does not arrive within 3 working days of making your payment you must let us know immediately. If we are not informed within 15 days that your item has not arrived we may not be able to make a claim with the courier and send you a new item. If your item is lost by the courier we will put a claim in with them and a new item will be sent once the claim has been paid. Please note this may take 30 days

9. If for some reason you feel you have been sent the wrong car DO NOT USE IT . adding fuel means the car is second hand and cant be chnaged or refunded unless faulty

10. If you have never used a nitro car before please READ ABOUT THEM 1ST RC cars can be tricky to start at 1st until there broke in look up you tube and google and read forums these are you best ways to learn.
