Online tracking is available to most major destinations, but not all. (As the seller, we do not have access to any more tracking information on any particular package than the buyer does.) It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any import duties, tariffs, or taxes for their purchases, and to verify that any item purchased from us is not prohibited by the laws, regulations or Customs service of their nation. A NOTE FOR MASK BUYERS:
For your convenience, we enclose instructions with each mask for its use, care, and display. When you receive your mask from us, it is in the same condition in which we received it from the warehouse.  Most mass-produced rubber Halloween masks are warehoused and shipped from the manufacturers flat without any sort of stuffing. Occasionally this flattening will cause some slight warping in the mask. This happens to all rubber masks to some extent, and is not considered a “defect” in the product.  By following our instructions, you can easily return your mask to its original molded shape, as well as correct any minor distortions in the rubber material incurred during storage.
