Transport & Delivery Notes

PLEASE READ

We despatch items on MONDAY for TUESDAY delivery and again on THURSDAY for FRIDAY

Prior to despatch, we must be furnished with a contact number in case of any issues where we would need to contact the customer.

If the customer is not available to take delivery, the item will have to be returned to us and a further delivery charge will have to be paid prior to us resending the item.

Our cut off time for despatch is 3.30pm so any orders not processed by 1.30pm will be carried forward to the next delivery day.

Please understand that we are charged if goods have to be returned and re-delivered and as we don’t look to make money on postage delivery costs, we cannot be expected to pay surcharge when we have adhered to our set terms as above. It is important you fully understand how we operate prior to placing bids for efficiency purposes and also to avoid any misunderstanding.
