Summary of My Selling Policies
Payment	Please pay within 7 working days of auction ending. Any problem in not being able to pay PLEASE let me know as not informing will result in a payment reminder if there you do not reply to the reminder you will be reported to Ebay and negative feedback left. Shipping charges on items are NON NEGOTIABLE as it also covers the cost of our handling and admin overheads. Please don't be tempted to email about postage discounts as the price you see is calculated to take these costs into consideration. We take payment by either PayPal, Telephone - all major cards accepted except Amex 08451 300185, (please quote item number and user id when calling) postal order or cheque. Cheques must inconjuction with a cheque guarantee card number, valid from and expiry date and listing transaction number are clearly written on the reverse of the cheque. Postal payments MUST be made out Discom Ltd. and be for the total amount stated once the sale is completed. Delivery will normally be within 3 business days of cleared funds.

Shipping	We are mail order based only. NO COLLECTIONS please. We only ship to the UK mainland & N.Ireland. UK mainland orders are sent either via recorded royal mail delivery or ANC courier MONDAY TO FRIDAY DELIVERY. Highland & N.Ireland deliveries by recorded royal mail delivery only. Shipping charges are based on weight, size and handling costs of goods. If you are not having the goods sent to your billing address you may select an alternative delivery address, but it is advised that you arrange for someone to be present to sign for the goods. When a parcel cannot be delivered, (e.g. no-one at home), you will be notified with a calling card with a telephone number to call to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery or collection from local depot. Most courier services will attempt one re-delivery only, thereafter you will be required to collect your parcel from the collection depot within 7 days. If your parcel is not collected within 7 days it will be returned to Discom Ltd. You will be then credited your original total cost less £14.99 which is the full cost of non-delivery to you, plus return delivery charges back to Discom Ltd.
Delivery	Once payments have been received we will do our upmost to have your item shipped to you within 24 to 48 hours. Items paid for after 2.00pm on a friday however will not be shipped until the following monday.
Refunds & Returns	We do our best to supply our customers with the apparatus they ask for, but sometimes we may have to provide apparatus which does not accord exactly with the products shade of colour illustrated in the photo. If goods are found to be faulty within the first 14 days of purchase, please contact ourselves by either emailing customer services or sending a message through ebay with a description of the fault and to obtain a reference number. Once obtained please send the goods back to us complete so our technicians can test for faults before offering a repair or replacement. We do not replace goods because of incompatibility issues i.e. Modems/Routers. All sales are final in that respect, if goods do not work due to them not being specifically design for use with another product or service then we will not replace or refund them.
