SHIPPING UK MAINLAND: We use three courier companies ww.city-link.co.uk / www.parcleforce.co.uk / www.royalmail.co.uk .  The weight of parcels reflects delivery prices, at our discretion we will endeavour to use the most cost effective courier.  We will combine the P&P for multiple purchases and have them sent to the same address and despatched together.

WORLDWIDE: All items are despatched by Airmail with the option to have "Int. signed for".
PLEASE BE SURE YOU KNOW THE CORRECT SHIPPING AMOUNT FOR YOUR COUNTRY BEFORE PAYMENT IS MADE 

All Ebay and Paypal automated emails and invoices are preset with the UK shipping amount only and will need to be altered for countries outside of the "UK"

DELIVERY: We ship items every working day, usually within 24 hours of payments being received and processed. For urgent purchases please be sure to make payment by 12 midday for same day despatch. Unfortunately delivery and despatch times although accurate for almost all parcels cannot be gauranteed as there is always the possibilty of outside influences beyond our control.

REFUNDS/RETURNS: All items are visually inspected before packaging and despatch to minimise disappointment. In the unlikely event that the item proves to be faulty after being returned and inspected. A replacement will be offered if available or a refund of the purchase price. All returns have to be by prior agreement and NO returns will be accepted after 7 days of receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT offer sale or return and No refunds will be given for items that do not fit or are simply unwanted. We always try to help if we can and exchanges can be arranged by prior agreement if the buyer is willing to cover all reasonable Postage and Packaging costs.

Once your item has been collected from my premises you will be emailed that your item has been shipped. A tracking number will be given for you to track your item from the above website.
