BSA WD M20 MILITARY WORKSHOP MANUAL

This auction is for a new quality copy of the Australian Military Forces Workshop manual for the WD M20 BSA motorcycle.  It has 43 pages and is about 12 inches high and 8 inches wide. It covers subjects such as brakes, Amal carburetter, clutch, charging systems, electrical wirng, engine adjustments, engine disassembly and overhaul, front forks, gearbox and gear change, hubs, ignition system, lighting and accessories, lubrication system, lubrication chart, steering head, transmission and other useful data. It covers, clutch, carby adjustment, adjusting clutch controls, tappet adjustments, valve and ignition timing, adjustment of chains, dynamo charging , adjusting clutch tension, adjusting oil to engine, wiring diagram. For instance it tells you to check the oil pump is working open the oil tank cap whilst engine is idling and you should see bubbles of oil coming out of the top of the oil filter. Great aid in the restoration of these great war time motorcycles.
