eBay permits the sale of alcohol-related collectibles, including alcohol-related memorabilia, packaging and containers such as bottles, decanters or limited edition cans provided they abide by the rules below.

> This item is not available at any retail outlet and the container has a value that substantially exceeds the current retail price of any alcohol in the container.
> The buyer of the collectible container must be of lawful age in the buyer and the seller’s jurisdiction (Generally 18 years old in the U.K. and Republic of Ireland and 21 years old in the U.S.). Proof of age may be asked for.
> The buyer must ensure that he complies with all applicable laws and shipping regulations in carrying out the transaction.

The seller will not be responsible for any packages damaged or seized by customs.
