UK returns policy 
We are sure you will be happy with your purchase but if for some reason you find it is not suitable we ask that you contact us by email, to advise that you will be returning the item(s), which needs to be received by us no later than 14 days from receipt. Please advise us of the reason for return. This will help us to improve our service in the future. If you require a replacement please advise us during this initial contact, this will enable us to reserve any such items for you, where available. 
All returns must be received to the stated address within 14 days of you receiving them. Furthermore to qualify for a full refund less postage, all items must be in the original condition in which they were despatched. All sales tags and labels must still be attached and the original packaging present. Where items were part of a set, all parts must be returned to qualify for a refund. Items must be clean, unworn and free from any odours and in resalable condition. 
Refunds will be made within 30 days. Refunds can only be credited back to the original PayPal a/c, debit/credit card used in the original transaction. An email will be sent once the refund has been processed. 
All returns are the responsibility of the purchaser until they are safely received by us, we therefore recommend that any items intended for refund are sent carefully packaged to insure they reach us in the original condition of sale, and by an insured traceable postal service which would cover the cost of the items should they be lost or damaged en route. The post office should be able to advise you of the best service to use. We regret that we can not refund the original postage/packaging charged as these are direct cost, also we are unable to refund the postage cost for returning the item(s) 
Any returns that fall outside of the above policy will not be refunded. However at our discretion we may make a partial refund of up to 75 per cent of the original purchase price less postage where returns fall outside of the above conditions. 
Returns from outside UK/EU 
We can not be held responsible for any customs duty therefore please clearly mark your package as returns/unwanted item. Any customs duty/charges charged to us will be deducted from the final refund total. 
Please note these conditions are in addition to your statutory rights.
