Returns are accepted provided there is a valid reason and I am informed by e mail immediately the item is received. If the buyer is not happy with an item it must be returned in pristine condition and a full refund will be offered. All my items are very securely packed and sent by first class post (recorded delivery and to be signed for delivery is an option at extra cost). I cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or stolen during transit. I obtain Post Office receipts for all packages and carry the PayPal cover. |
