I do not have a return policy as I'm totally confident that my descriptions are accurate & that the item is as described when it leaves me.  If there's a flaw I tend to overstate it (rather than understate it) - as a result my items are sometimes slow to sell - better that than be dishonest!!

I take the utmost care to package my items carefully & appropriately.  To help save the planet - I'll use as much recycled packaging as possible - which also helps to keep the P&P charge down.

Therefore returns will not be accepted - unless I've made a substantial error - i.e sent the wrong item.

In most cases it will not be cost effective to return the item - I would therefore request that purchasers contact me to negotiate a mutually acceptable arrangement - if I've made the error - you will be compensated - if you decide you don't like the item - I'm afraid a refund will not be given - as a private seller - forced to register as a Business Seller under eBay's new fee regime - I do not offer Sale or Return.
